This policy covers the sites and tools of Uncut Cases and Casos Sin Filtro (YouTube channels and Facebook pages operated by their creator), including this email capture page and the internal applications used to schedule and publish content to our own accounts.
What we collect
- Email address and name (optional): only if you voluntarily submit them through our form to receive case files.
- We do not collect browsing data and we do not use our own cookies or trackers.
How we use it
- To send you the requested case file and, at most, one weekly email with new cases.
- Nothing else. We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
Apps connected to Facebook and YouTube
Our internal publishing tools (e.g., the "Will Automation" app and "Publica Studio") are used exclusively to schedule and publish content to our own pages and channels. They do not access, collect, or store data from any other Facebook or YouTube users.
YouTube API Services
Our internal tool "Publica Studio" uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to, and read statistics from, the YouTube channels owned by Xetapro Inc. (Casos Sin Filtro and Uncut Cases). By using it, we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Data accessed and stored: the tool stores only the OAuth authorization tokens of our own channel accounts and our own channels' public statistics (views, subscribers), locally on a single company computer. It does not access, collect, share, or store any data from other YouTube users, and it does not use cookies or advertising identifiers.
- Data sharing: no API data is shared with any third party or displayed outside YouTube.
- Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
- Deletion: stored authorization tokens and statistics can be deleted on request via xetaproinc@gmail.com (processed within 30 days), or by revoking access as described above.
Unsubscribe and data deletion
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request full deletion of your data by writing to xetaproinc@gmail.com — processed within 30 days.
